These terms explain how families may use OneVib Junior.

OneVib Junior is a parent-managed family app for curriculum-based practice, child profiles, safe friend connections, chat controls, rewards, birthdays, and family safety tools.
Parent account
A family account must be created and managed by an adult parent or legal guardian. The parent is responsible for child profiles, access settings, friend approvals, rewards, subscriptions, device permissions, and information entered into the account.
Child profiles
Parents may create profiles only for children they are allowed to supervise. Children use usernames, avatars, and child passwords. Full names and sensitive family details should stay inside the parent-managed account.
Learning content
Learning questions are organised by country, region, school level, subject, and topic where supported. The app helps children practise, but it does not replace school lessons, teachers, assessments, tutoring, or professional educational advice.
Safe friends and chat
Children can connect only through approved friend features. Friend invitations require parent approval where required by the app. Chat is available only when enabled and controlled by the parent. Bullying, threats, sexual content, hate, harassment, scams, unsafe contact, and requests for private information are not allowed.
Family Locator and devices
Family Locator tools are for parent-managed family safety. Linked child devices may share location, battery status, check-ins, safe-zone activity, and device alarm status inside the family account. The loud alarm feature is intended to help find a misplaced child device and must not be used to harass or disturb others.
Rewards, OV Coins, and birthdays
Children may earn learning points, badges, certificates, avatars, OV Coins, or other digital rewards. OV Coins are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside approved OneVib Junior features. Birthday wishlists and real-world rewards require parent involvement and approval.
Competitions
Competitions may have separate rules for eligibility, timing, capacity, scoring, fair play, rewards, and prizes. Paid competitions or prize features are available only when clearly shown as active and legally supported.
Subscriptions, payments, and OV Coins
Paid child profiles, extra parent seats, OV Coin packs, renewal periods, cancellation options, and prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by payment providers such as Stripe, or app store billing where required. OV Coins are digital app rewards only and are not money.
Fair use
Do not cheat, automate answers, exploit bugs, manipulate rooms, create fake accounts, coordinate false wins, impersonate others, misuse location tools, or use the app in a way that harms children, families, the service, or other users.
Moderation and account action
We may review reports, flagged messages, safety signals, suspicious activity, or support requests. We may remove content, restrict features, reverse rewards, pause accounts, suspend accounts, or contact a parent when needed for safety, rule enforcement, or legal compliance.
Account deletion
Parents can request or use available account deletion tools. User-requested deletion may be recoverable for 30 days where the app shows this recovery period; after that, account data is scheduled for permanent deletion except where retention is required for safety, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal duties.
Availability and changes
Features, supported regions, prices, rewards, safety tools, app design, and these terms may change as the service improves. Important changes will be communicated where legally required.
